The Coachella 2026 has officially kicked off, bringing together some of the biggest names in music and entertainment.
For those unfamiliar, Coachella is a multi-day music and arts festival held annually in California, where top global artists perform for massive crowds. While tickets are sold to fans, many influencers attend through brand sponsorships, and celebrities also show up to enjoy the experience.
The 2026 edition began with standout performances, including a headline-grabbing set from Sabrina Carpenter, who impressed fans with her stage presence and vocals.
Other artists who performed on Day 1, Disclosure, Central Cee, Teddy Swims, Addison Rae, Turnstile, Dijon, Moby and Blood Orange, delivered a mix of modern hits and nostalgic sounds, creating an exciting atmosphere for attendees.

Nigerian singer Mr Eazi has opened up about business and how he actually failed before becoming successful.
In a recent interview, the singer shared that he borrowed €40,000 from his uncle to start a business, but the venture failed.
“I remember one time I took money from my uncle to do business; the business went south. And then he was chasing me for the money… I was so embarrassed that my dad had to pay,” he said.
He added that the experience sharpened his mindset on business.

Popular Nigerian actress Oby Kechere, known for her role as “Madam Koi Koi,” has unfortunately passed away after battling an illness.
The news was revealed by the Directors Guild of Nigeria, which stated “It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Madam Cecilia Oby Kechere, Vice Chairman of the DGN Abuja Chapter.
“We were informed yesterday that she passed on Monday, 27th April 2026, after a prolonged illness.”
