David Byrne Engages Mala Gaonkar at 73
David Byrne, the legendary frontman of Talking Heads, has revealed that he is engaged to philanthropist Mala Gaonkar. The 73-year-old musician let the news slip during a recent interview when he casually referred to Gaonkar, 55, as his fiancée.
Gaonkar, a successful businesswoman and philanthropist with a strong presence in the world of finance and social impact projects, has been quietly dating Byrne for some time. Their relationship has largely stayed out of the spotlight, but Byrne’s recent words have now confirmed that the two are preparing for the next chapter together.
This personal milestone arrives as Byrne continues to push forward in his career. Alongside the engagement news, he also gave updates on his upcoming album, proving that even after decades in the industry, his creativity remains unstoppable.
It can be reported that there are rumors of Jacob Elordi and Kendall Jenner being involved with each other.
The pair were spotted together once or twice and many claimed that they are together.
An inside source interviewed by People shared that the pair like each other and are still figuring things out.
“They’re not trying to turn this into some big public thing,” the source told the outlet. “They enjoy spending time together in more private settings. They want to keep things low-key while they’re figuring things out naturally. Kendall really likes him, though.”

He shared how she initially ignored him despite his attempts through a friend to get her attention.
“I met my wife in Babcock. I remember the day I saw her, I was in a Prado. I looked behind and I saw her walking and it was Chioma. I told Lati I like that girl. I told him to call her but she snubbed me. Later on she came to Lagos and then we linked up.”
