Davido Reveals How His Father Taught Him to Never Question God
Nigerian Singer, Davido shares lessons he was taught by his father that kept him motivated. The singer shares in a podcast interview with Rollingout, that his father taught him about having faith in God and it kept him motivated in difficult times.
He states that he overcame his difficult situations by never questioning God just as his father had taught him. “I overcame a lot of challenges because of my dad. Initially, I did not understand, but now I’ve come to the realization. I was angry. Sometimes, I was like, ‘Why do bad things happen to good people?’ And my dad told me that you can’t question God.”
“I was like, ‘What do you mean you can’t question God?’ And then a year later [after the death of my son, Ifeanyi], we had twins, the biggest album of my career came, and my first Grammy nominations came. Then it started to make sense. People go through different challenges, but just know that God has your back.”

“Children Are Watching” — Tayo Amokade Reacts to King Mitchy Incident
Nigerian actor Tayo Amokade steps out and speaks regarding the King Mitchy incident.
He stated that the influencer staged the act to appear as if she desired to be arrested for drinking Hypo and attempting suicide, thereby worrying the media.
The actor shared how the behavior of King Mitchy online is concerning and harmful to children who are online “I’m begging the police in charge of social media, who are monitoring its use, that we have children between ages 10 and 21 who have access to social media. I don’t know when Hypo, which is meant to bleach toilets, clothes, or used to clean our house, turned into a drink—all in the name of ‘I want to end all, I want to commit suicide, I’m depressed.’”
