The comedian shares personal stories of many gospel artists who have struggled with their lifestyle and finances. He then states “In the end, the ones that stayed in the local parishes, see the ones that launched out on their own apursued the gospel ministration, became popular, accepted, paid, & invited, by the same parish that refused to even give them tokens of particles from tithes, to ease, their tight corner.”
It can be recalled that Pastor Lazarus started out the debate with his comment on gospel Artist fees.

Tyla Says Tems Has Been A Big Inspiration To Her Music Career

South African Grammy-winning singer Tyla has named Nigerian R&B star Tems as one of her biggest musical influences. In a recent chat with Billboard, the Water singer said Tems’ success has been a major source of inspiration for her.
“Tems is a big one. What she’s been able to do has been very inspiring,” Tyla shared. She also listed Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, and Aaliyah as other artists who have influenced her music.
Tyla revealed that her second album will be released this year and hinted that it will have a completely different vibe from her debut album.
