Nigerian Singer Eedris Abdulkareem makes headline as his latest song “Tell Your Papa” which was banned by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), trends abroad.
A viral clip of Nigerians living abroad vibing to the singer’s song gathers attention and increases the popularity of the song despite the ban.
It can be recalled that the song was banned due to a violation of Nigeria Broadcasting Code, stating that the song had indecent and offensive contents.
Fans living in Nigeria then react to the viral clip with some hyping up their mates for exercising their rights as the ban doesn’t reach to other countries. Many fans also see the use of the song as a form of expressing their voice due to the ban on it.

Nigerian singer Asake speaks on his relationship with his father. In a recent interview he shared that he loves his father despite any distance.
“The love is still the same between me and my dad, even if I don’t live with him or see him every day, Even if he points a gun at me, till eternity he will always be my dad, and I will still show him the same love.”
It can be noted that few weeks back the singer gifted his father and his mother a car.

In a recent interview with Korty EO, the singer shared that it was against his father to pursue music. His mother then recalled how he came to turn them down on studying abroad and stated he wanted to stay and learn in Nigeria.
