Drake Says London Rappers Are the Best in the World and No One Can Beat Them
Drake has weighed in on the long-running debate between US and UK rap scenes, and he made his stance crystal clear during his performance at the Wireless Festival in London on Saturday night. Midway through his set, the Canadian rapper paused to show love to the UK music scene, calling London rappers the best lyricists in the world.
He said no one, not even rappers from his home country or the US, could match the lyrical skill coming out of London. Drake said, “This isn’t just about showing love, I genuinely believe London has the best rappers. Nobody can out-rap them. No disrespect to America or Canada, but the highest level of rap is right here.”

Mother of Nigerian singer, Asake revealed that he once rejected the opportunity to study abroad.
In a recent interview with Korty EO, the singer shared that it was against his father to pursue music. His mother then recalled how he came to turn them down on studying abroad and stated he wanted to stay and learn in Nigeria.
The singer studied performing arts at OAU.
