Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla and the social media platform X, has congratulated football legend Cristiano Ronaldo following his standout performance in Al-Nassr’s 3-1 victory over Al-Gharafa in the AFC Champions League on Monday.

The match, held at the Al Bayt Stadium, marked a crucial game for both teams in the competition.

Heading into the match, Al-Nassr was sitting third in Group B, with the hopes of securing a vital win to boost their chances of advancing.

The game began slowly, with both teams failing to score in the first half, but it was Ronaldo who broke the deadlock shortly after the break.

In the 46th minute, Ronaldo received a well-timed cross from Sultan Al-Ghannam and fired it into the net, giving Al-Nassr the lead.

The match continued to heat up in the second half, with Angelo Gabriel doubling Al-Nassr’s lead in the 58th minute after a slick exchange with Otavio.

Ronaldo then sealed his brace in the 64th minute, further extending his team’s advantage with a precise finish.

Despite Joselu, a former Real Madrid striker, pulling one back for Al-Gharafa in the 75th minute, the game ended in a comfortable 3-1 win for Al-Nassr.

Following the match, Ronaldo shared photos of his goal celebration on his X account, expressing his joy over the victory with the caption, “Big win tonight!”

Elon Musk, acknowledging the performance, replied with a simple yet encouraging message: “Congrats!”
