Famakin and Chiefpriest Clash Over Restaurant Review
Nigerian food critic Opeyemi Famakin and businessman Cubana Chiefpriest clashed online after Famakin’s review of Chiefpriest’s Imo State restaurant. Famakin praised the restaurant’s look but criticized the microwaved pastries.
Initially, Chiefpriest thanked Famakin, but later, Famakin accused him of threatening him via messages, claiming that Chiefpriest’s tone differed from his public comments. Chiefpriest countered that Famakin had requested his burgers be microwaved and accused him of using this for content. Famakin denied the accusations, asserting they were false.
