Footballer Jordan Chiedozie in Coma After Tragic Motorway Accident

English-born Nigerian footballer Jordan Chiedozie, 30, is in a controlled coma after a severe accident on the M27 motorway. Following a match against Tavistock, Chiedozie and Bashley FC’s physio, Reighan Taylor, experienced a flat tire.
While assessing the situation, Chiedozie was struck by another vehicle, resulting in multiple broken bones and critical injuries. He was promptly transported to Southampton Hospital.

Liverpool have officially stepped into the race to sign Real Madrid star Rodrygo. As reported by ESPN Brasil, the Premier League side is pushing to bring in the Brazilian forward this summer.

Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano revealed that the deal is expected to be finalized within the next two days. Osimhen to Join Galatasaray Soon as Napoli Finally Agree on Transfer Deal

There’s been a breakthrough in the ongoing transfer talks between Napoli and Galatasaray over Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen. Sports presenter Volkan Kılıç shared on Wednesday night that both clubs have finally reached an agreement, and the official announcement is expected before the weekend.
“A middle ground has been found in the Osimhen transfer. An agreement has been reached,” Kılıç posted on X. “I expect the Osimhen transfer to be announced by the weekend at the latest. Congratulations in advance.”
This marks a huge shift from just a week ago when Kılıç had reported that the deal was still uncertain due to Napoli’s financial demands. Back then, he explained that Galatasaray’s top official, Abdullah Kavukcu, was working hard behind the scenes to seal the deal. Napoli reportedly wanted most of the payment upfront along with extra financial guarantees.
At one point, Kılıç even claimed that Galatasaray were prepared to switch their focus to Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak if talks with Napoli collapsed. But with the latest agreement now in place, the Turkish club has no reason to explore that option anymore.
