Girls’ Generation’s YoonA Becomes Global Ambassador for Sulwhasoo
South Korean singer and actress YoonA, renowned for her role in Girls’ Generation, has been appointed as the global ambassador for luxury skincare brand Sulwhasoo.
Sulwhasoo officially announced YoonA’s new role on February 28, 2025, expressing enthusiasm for the collaboration. The brand’s statement read: “We are thrilled to welcome iconic South Korean singer and actress Lim Yoona as the new Sulwhasoo Global Ambassador.”
Fans have warmly received this news, with many expressing excitement over the partnership. One fan commented, “She’s really the perfect match”.
YoonA’s career began in 2007 with her debut in Girls’ Generation, and she has since established herself as a prominent actress with her popular role as the Female lead in “King the Land” and “K2”.
Music executive Ubi Franklin speaks on music and shares how music is actually very risky to get into, and he explains why.
He states that no matter how much you put into music, you are never sure of how much you will get back.
He said “Music is the riskiest business I’ve ever done. You need ₦100m to promote one song. Even if TikTok carries it, you still need money to keep it on the charts because people have short attention spans, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get your money back.”
Popular singer Lil Nas X shares an emotional tribute to his mum.
The singer took to social media and shared: “RIP TO THE BADDEST EVER! LOVE U FOREVER MOMMY. this one’s gonna hurt,” he wrote in the caption.

Nigerian actress Mo Bimpe gets emotional online as she states that she was invited to Rakeem, Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s son’s birthday party and had a good time.
She then got emotional, remembering when she was not usually invited to such events because she did not have kids. She always felt sad because of this, so going for this birthday party made her happy.
She added at the end “Please don’t make it harder by excluding people. A woman without a child is not less deserving of love, friendship, inclusion, or celebration. Invite her. Love her. Celebrate with her. You never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile.”
