“Grief Has No Manual” — Phyna Defends Herself After Being Criticized for Partying
Big Brother Naija star Phyna has responded to criticism after being seen partying shortly after her sister’s burial.
It can be recalled that the reality star lost her sister in an accident involving a Dangote company truck, which went viral online.
Shortly after the funeral, Phyna was spotted at a party — an act that drew backlash from some social media users. In response, she addressed the criticism, saying “Grief has no manual, no fixed face, and no timetable. The fact that I choose to keep living, smiling, or sharing moments does not erase the pain I carry. Respect the process, even if you do not understand it. If you cannot extend compassion, then at least extend silence.”
