Guinness Record Holder Hilda Baci Prepares to Cook World’s Biggest Jollof Pot Tomorrow

Guinness World Record holder and Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, gets ready for her next task as she sets to take on the world’s biggest pot of jollof rice. It can be noted that this event has been scheduled to happen on Friday, 12th of September, 2025.

In preparation for it, the pot, which holds 22,619 litres, was moved to the planned location, Eko Hotel.

This information was shared by the chef as she stated: “At 4am this morning, our pot was safely transported from Gbagada, where it was fabricated, to Eko Hotel, where the event is taking place. I’m still pinching myself—this is actually happening in less than 24 hours.”

Moses Bliss has now issued an apology, saying “I sincerely apologize to every graphic designer who felt disrespected or undervalued… that was never my intention.”

He added “The goal was to give creatives a platform to showcase their work, not to undermine their value.”
