“I Don’t Regret My Kids But I Regret Knowing You,” Cardi B Says to Offset
American rapper Cardi B has expressed her deep regret about her estranged relationship with her husband, Offset.
This revelation comes amid a tumultuous period following the couple’s recent divorce, which has escalated in complexity shortly after they welcomed their third child together.
In a live session on Instagram, Cardi B openly addressed Offset’s accusations, which emerged when he commented during the broadcast, alleging that she had been unfaithful while pregnant.
Cardi B responded to these claims by highlighting Offset’s threats of a legal dispute, indicating the personal turmoil the couple is experiencing.
Despite the challenges, Cardi B made it clear that her feelings about her children remain unchanged.
“I want to thank you for my kids—every single one of them,” she said, emphasizing that while she appreciates her children, her feelings towards Offset are far less positive.
“I don’t regret having them, but I regret knowing you. You’re a good dad, but f*ck you; I regret you.”
In her emotional outpouring, Cardi stated that she has always considered herself too good for Offset.
She expressed a desire to avoid airing their issues on social media to prevent any potential partners from misjudging her character.
However, she felt compelled to respond to Offset’s provocative actions, saying, “If you want to be messy and do petty stuff because you’re hurt, then we’ll go there. Just leave me the f*ck alone.”
Her candid remarks reveal the intensity of their relationship and the struggle of navigating personal conflicts in the public eye.
While Cardi B remains focused on her children, her statements underscore the emotional turmoil stemming from her marriage with Offset.
