“I Got My Butt Done When It Was in Style” – Amber Rose on Removing Her BBL
Amber Rose, the American model and rapper, recently opened up about her decision to reverse her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure.
In a candid conversation with Shannon Sharpe on the “Club Shay Shay” podcast, she reflected on her choice to enhance her curves when it was the prevailing trend but has since opted for a more natural look.
Amber explained, “I got my butt done when it was in style to have a big, stupid fat ass, and now I got it taken out.”
Beyond discussing her cosmetic decisions, Amber also touched upon her past relationship with Kanye West. She revealed that she prioritized health and safety by insisting on medical tests before engaging in unprotected intimacy.
Addressing Kanye’s past remarks, she stated, “You’re Kanye West, and I made you get tested. So how you got to take 30 showers after me? I wasn’t the one out cheating.”
Music executive Ubi Franklin speaks on music and shares how music is actually very risky to get into, and he explains why.
He states that no matter how much you put into music, you are never sure of how much you will get back.
He said “Music is the riskiest business I’ve ever done. You need ₦100m to promote one song. Even if TikTok carries it, you still need money to keep it on the charts because people have short attention spans, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get your money back.”
Popular singer Lil Nas X shares an emotional tribute to his mum.
The singer took to social media and shared: “RIP TO THE BADDEST EVER! LOVE U FOREVER MOMMY. this one’s gonna hurt,” he wrote in the caption.

She then got emotional, remembering when she was not usually invited to such events because she did not have kids. She always felt sad because of this, so going for this birthday party made her happy.
She added at the end “Please don’t make it harder by excluding people. A woman without a child is not less deserving of love, friendship, inclusion, or celebration. Invite her. Love her. Celebrate with her. You never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile.”
