‘I Had a Personal Conviction’ — Korede Bello Speaks on His Faith Journey
Nigerian singer Korede Bello has opened up about his faith journey and how he was born into Islam before later converting to Christianity.
During a recent interview, the singer revealed that he was born into Islam but chose to read the Bible and practice Christianity on his own. He explained that he developed a personal conviction and a strong interest in learning more about Jesus.
He added at the end of the interview that he prays his fans will also experience the goodness of God and receive His love.

Nigerian TikTok influencer Peller makes headlines for his vows to his wife, Jarvis, at their white wedding, which was held on August 1, 2026. The couple had previously announced the date ahead of their wedding.
The influencer added in his vows “We are one. Whatever is mine is yours. I promise to do 50/50 with you; I don’t care what people say.”
Fans were left in awe of the couple and shared how their love appears genuine despite the content and jokes they often make online.
Nigerian music executive Soso Soberekon offers Peter Okoye ₦500 million if he beats his brother, Paul Okoye, in a boxing match.
It can be noted that the music executive wrote out the offer on his phone and simply put it out “₦500 Million Naira to fight your twin in a boxing match.”
