Kaio Jorge, the former Juventus player, has shared the valuable advice he received from football legend Cristiano Ronaldo during their brief time together at the Serie A club.

Jorge, who joined Juventus in 2021 for €7 million from Santos, crossed paths with Ronaldo during his first few months in Turin.

That same year, Ronaldo made his move to Manchester United, marking the end of their time together at Juventus.

Jorge made 11 appearances for the club before transferring to Cruzeiro Esporte Clube this summer for €7.2 million.

Reflecting on their time together, Jorge recalled the guidance Ronaldo gave him, which he still holds dear.

Speaking to Flash Score, Jorge said, “I feel incredibly fortunate to have learned so much from him, even though we were only together for less than two months.

He was always kind and supportive. I will never forget what he told me one day in the gym: ‘It is from preparation that opportunities arise.’

That’s a phrase I’ve carried with me ever since.”
