Nigerian singer Kcee shares his experience in the music industry and describes how life was unfair to him.

He revealed in a recent interview how he was usually ignored despite his contributions to Afrobeats.

“I grew up in an industry that wasn’t fair to me. There wasn’t any attention given to me at any moment. I was doing a lot that the industry wasn’t recognising.”

He then added that he changed his mindset to focus on his paycheck rather than awards, sharing that he prefers loyal fan support over fame.

Former reality star and BBNaija star Pere Egbi has joined Nigerians in speaking about Tyla’s upcoming concert in Nigeria.

It can be noted that many Nigerians have made a big issue out of the concert after Ayra Starr’s concert in South Africa was cancelled due to the ongoing xenophobic tensions.

Pere called on the government to stop the concert, saying “Nigerian @nigimmigration, we are collectively imploring you to intentionally deny Tyla and her team visas as well. They can’t do this to our own and we welcome their own. Madness must match madness.”
