Manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has revealed an update on the team, confirming that winger Savinho picked up an injury during their recent game.

It can be noted that the club recently played against Sunderland, a match that ended in a 0–0 draw.

Speaking after the game, Pep reflected on the missed chances and confirmed that Savinho was forced to leave the pitch due to injury. He added that the situation does not look good.

“We had plenty of chances, but unfortunately, we couldn’t make it happen. Savinho had to come off the field early in the second half at the Stadium of Light, and it didn’t look good,” Guardiola said.

Barcelona player Lamine Yamal hits a new milestone as he breaks the world record of goals scored in Europe’s top five leagues.

He earned this title after helping the team to a 3–0 win against Mallorca. Just under the age of 19, he achieved this. He has now passed Kylian Mbappé’s record.

Yamal now has 24 goals, overtaking Mbappé, who had scored 23 for AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain before turning 19 on 23 December 2017.
