‘It Didn’t Look Good’ — Pep Guardiola Gives Update on Savinho Injury
Manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has revealed an update on the team, confirming that winger Savinho picked up an injury during their recent game.
It can be noted that the club recently played against Sunderland, a match that ended in a 0–0 draw.
Speaking after the game, Pep reflected on the missed chances and confirmed that Savinho was forced to leave the pitch due to injury. He added that the situation does not look good.
“We had plenty of chances, but unfortunately, we couldn’t make it happen. Savinho had to come off the field early in the second half at the Stadium of Light, and it didn’t look good,” Guardiola said.
Tottenham has officially announced separation from manager Thomas Frank. It can be noted that the manager was the coach of the team for 8 months and has now been relieved of his duties.
It can also be reported that the club has only won twice this season out of 17 games.
