Nigerian reality TV star and former Big Brother Naija housemate Beauty Tukura has opened up about her mental health journey following her disqualification from the show in 2022.
In a recent interview, Beauty shared that the period after her exit was extremely difficult, describing it as one of the lowest moments of her life. She revealed that she struggled emotionally but eventually found strength through the support and love she received from fans and loved ones.
According to her, focusing on positivity and growth helped her overcome that challenging phase and move forward.
