Jennifer Lopez, the well-known American actress and singer, has reportedly filed for divorce from actor Ben Affleck, according to TMZ.

The celebrity couple, who reignited their romance years after breaking off their initial engagement, got married in a low-key ceremony in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022.

Their decision to give love another try captured the public’s attention, especially considering their long history together.

However, after just over two years of marriage, Lopez, 55, has officially filed for divorce. The filing took place on Tuesday, August 20, in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

She listed April 26, 2024, as the official date of their separation. Notably, Lopez is handling the legal process on her own, having chosen to file without the assistance of a lawyer, making her technically self-represented.

While there has been no confirmation on whether a prenuptial agreement was in place, sources close to the situation told TMZ that it is unlikely one exists.

Lopez and Affleck’s love story has been a whirlwind, marked by its ups and downs over the years. The pair first became engaged in the early 2000s, famously postponing a planned wedding in September 2003.

They ultimately decided to part ways in January 2004. Despite their breakup, they maintained a friendly relationship throughout the years, only to surprise fans by rekindling their romance in 2021, more than 17 years after their first engagement was called off.

In recent days, the South Korean entertainment industry has been loud with rumors suggesting a romantic relationship between actor Lee Min-ho and Park Bom, a member of the K-pop group 2NE1. These speculations started after Park Bom shared multiple social media posts referring to Lee Min-ho as her “husband.”

The rumors began in September 2024, when Park Bom posted photos of Lee Min-ho on her social media accounts, captioning them with phrases like “my husband.” These posts naturally led fans and the media to speculate about a possible relationship between the two celebrities.

The situation escalated in February 2025, when Park Bom, through a secondary account, reiterated her claims by stating, “He really is my husband.” Although these posts were subsequently deleted, the noise they generated continued to grow.

In response to the mounting speculation, Lee Min-ho’s agency, MYM Entertainment, issued an official statement on February 20, 2025, to address the rumors. The agency clarified, “He is not personally acquainted with Park Bom, so these [rumors] are baseless.”

Adding another layer to the narrative, Park Bom made a subsequent post stating, “I’m actually alone. Lee Min-ho asked me to post it, but I’m single.” This statement further fueled the controversy and left fans puzzled about the true nature of their relationship.

Omowunmi Aloba, the widow of late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has shared how they first met. She revealed that their journey began 12 years ago on the social media platform 2Go when they were both teenagers.

In a recent interview, Omowunmi explained that they started as friends, bonding over their shared love for music—she was a rapper, and he was a singer. Their friendship later blossomed into a relationship, and they eventually got married and had a child together.

Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, and was buried the next day by his father, Joseph Aloba, in Ikorodu, Lagos. His body was later exhumed on September 21 for an autopsy due to ongoing controversies surrounding his death.

The autopsy results are yet to be released, and his father has insisted that Mohbad will only be reburied once the results are out and a DNA test is conducted to confirm the paternity of his grandson, Liam.
