John Terry says Chelsea needs years to catch Liverpool & Man City in Premier League
Chelsea legend John Terry has pointed out that his former club still has some work to do before they can seriously challenge for the Premier League title. Speaking on talkSPORT, Terry stated that Liverpool and Manchester City remain stronger teams right now. He said Chelsea are “a couple of years away” from being ready to compete at that level.
Terry also praised Arsenal’s consistency this season and expects them to strengthen their squad further. He stressed how important it is for Chelsea to secure Champions League football next season, as it will help attract experienced players needed to push on. Chelsea ended the 2024/25 Premier League season in fourth place, just securing a spot in Europe’s top competition.

Liverpool Confirm List of Players Set to Leave Club This Summer
Liverpool have released a list of players who are confirmed to leave the club this summer.
The list includes star players Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson, and Ibrahima Konaté. While some players are leaving, others have been offered new contracts.
The players who have been offered fresh terms include Kyle Kelly, Afolami Onanuga, Oliver O’Connor, Lucas Pitt, Ben Trueman, Matthew Wright, Prince Cisse, and Keyrol Figueroa.
