Karen Igho Accuses Husband of Abuse Amid Divorce

Karen Igho, the former winner of Big Brother Africa, has taken to social media to seek help regarding her ongoing divorce from her husband, Yaroslav Rakos. In a series of posts on her X account on Tuesday, Karen revealed she has been struggling with the separation and accused Rakos of both physical and sexual abuse. She urged the public to hold her husband accountable should anything happen to her.

Karen further alleged that Rakos is trying to gain custody of their two children by falsely accusing her of being mentally unstable. She clarified that she is not mentally ill, nor does she use drugs. “I’ve been homeless for a year, and if you don’t hear from me, know that I’ve been killed,” she warned. Karen, who married Rakos in 2014 and moved to the U.S. after their wedding in Jos, Plateau State, expressed her fears and concerns about her safety.
