“Leaving Marriage Was The Best Decision” Tonto Dikeh
Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh recently discussed her decision to leave her marriage to Churchill Olakunle, calling it a positive step. On September 15, 2024, she responded to a fan on Instagram asking for advice on coping with separation while raising a child.
Dikeh explained, “I chose to leave the marriage to improve my situation and for my child’s sake. It was the best decision I made.” She advised focusing on personal growth and seeking strength from God, while keeping family matters private. Dikeh also encouraged single mothers to draw strength from love and faith, and to fight for their marriages if they believe it’s worth it.

The singer revealed that he met Chioma at Babcock University, where they were both students.
He shared how she initially ignored him despite his attempts through a friend to get her attention.
“I met my wife in Babcock. I remember the day I saw her, I was in a Prado. I looked behind and I saw her walking and it was Chioma. I told Lati I like that girl. I told him to call her but she snubbed me. Later on she came to Lagos and then we linked up.”
