Manchester City Manager, Pep Guardiola, compares working with Erling Haaland to Lionel Messi. The manager worked with Messi earlier in Barcelona from 2008 to 2012.

With the recent contract renewal regarding Haaland, Pep Guardiola, comments on how it is working with these players.

“In terms of numbers and scoring goals, he is similar to Messi, but they are different players, You cannot compare. Leo can play in different positions and can produce any things for his mates. It’s incomparable.”

He also added that Haaland definitely still need to improve on his skills however he is a good player.

Juric, who previously coached at Torino and Hellas Verona, emphasized his desire to retain Lookman and midfielder Ederson, though he acknowledged that the club’s transfer strategy will ultimately decide their futures. “Ideally, we keep both Lookman and Ederson, but the club has its own plans in the market,” Juric told reporters. “I haven’t made any specific requests—I’m working with the players I have.”

Lookman has just one year left on his contract, adding urgency to Atalanta’s decision. After a breakout season with 22 goals and five assists, his future remains one of the summer’s biggest talking points in Italian football.

Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek has confirmed that Victor Osimhen will stay with the club next season. The Nigerian striker spent last season on loan at the Turkish champions. On Sunday, Osimhen turned down a big-money offer from Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal, who were willing to activate the €75 million release clause in his contract.

At 26, Osimhen wants to keep playing in Europe. Ozbek revealed that talks are still underway to finalize the details of his contract. “Victor Osimhen is staying at Galatasaray. His feelings will play a key role. Negotiations are in progress,” Ozbek told Hurriyet. “We hope to share good news with you next week.”
