Man City Wins Legal Battle Against Premier League
Manchester City appear to have won a key legal battle against the Premier League regarding APT rules. These rules regulate how much sponsors can pay clubs, and City challenged them.
A vote to amend the APT system was expected during a Thursday meeting, but it was removed from the agenda. This suggests that City may have succeeded in their legal challenge. However, this case is separate from the 115 charges the club faces related to financial misconduct in the Premier League era.
Head coach of Atletico Madrid, Diego Simeone, speaks on team defense and called out a player who needs to toughen up. He shared that Ademola Lookman needs to work on defense.
