Kylian Mbappé, now a Real Madrid player, has praised Paris Saint-Germain as the best team in last season’s UEFA Champions League. Despite his dramatic exit from PSG to join the Spanish giants last summer, Mbappé showed no hard feelings and celebrated his former club’s historic triumph.

PSG clinched their first-ever Champions League title with a dominant 5-0 win over Inter Milan at the Allianz Arena, making up for their painful 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich five years earlier.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Mbappé said, “I was really happy for them. They’ve gone through a lot, and I’ve experienced it too. I’ve been in every part of the Champions League—except winning it.” He added, “They were clearly the best team in Europe. No doubt about it. They earned it.”
