Miley Cyrus Denies Claims Of Copying Bruno Mars Song “When I was your man”
American Singer Miley Cyrus denies claims about her latest song “Flowers” being a copy of Bruno Mars hit song “When I was your man”. Miley Cyrus reveals her and her team will prove the copyrights of her song.
Cyrus’s lawyer shares in a document that “Only owners of exclusive rights may sue for copyright infringement”. He then states that the song lacks exclusive rights therefore no claims not law suit can be made for infringement.
Miley Cyrus “Flowers” have won two grammy awards this 2024 and stayed at the top 100 billboard for 8 weeks.

Bella Shmurda Reveals How He Stole a Bicycle to Fund Studio Session
Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has spoken about his struggles during the early days of his music career.
The singer recalled how he once stole his neighbour’s son’s bicycle and sold it to raise money for a studio session.
He said “If my mom hears this, she’ll be angry. When we lived in Okoko, I once stole my neighbor’s son’s bicycle and hid it at night. I sold it in Alaba for ₦7,000 to pay for studio sessions. I’ve seen him since and bought him a new bicycle.”
Bella Shmurda previously recounted the incident while speaking about his journey to becoming a successful musician.

Femi Kuti: ‘I Told My First Wife I Could Never Be Faithful to One Woman’
Nigerian singer Femi Kuti has spoken about his views on commitment and shared that he told his wife before their marriage that he would not remain with just one woman.
He said his intention was partly to ensure that his children could obtain British passports.
He shared “I told my first wife before we got married that I love women and could never be faithful to just one woman. I only married her so my children could get a British passport.”
Kuti has previously spoken publicly about his relationships and his decision not to remain faithful to one woman.

Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has revealed that she once had the chance to become a billionaire through the political field but turned it down.
She shared the reason she turned it down, saying it was because of her principles. She also shared that she would have compromised her principles if she had gone down that path.
“I tell people that if I wanted to be a billionaire, I could have been one easily. I’ve been offered that opportunity through politics, but I chose not to take it because it would compromise my principles.”
