– 14,524.8 kilograms of “Ghana Loud,” a potent strain of cannabis, intercepted in Ojuelegba, Lagos, on January 28, 2024.

Despite his efforts to evade capture, including frequent relocations and armed resistance, Temo was apprehended on July 22, 2024.

Surveillance teams tracked him to Igbarere Street, Mushin, where he attempted to escape in a Mercedes Benz SUV.

His attempt to distract and flee with the help of accomplices failed, leading to his arrest and the recovery of the vehicle.

Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd), NDLEA Chairman, commended the efforts of the Lagos State Command and other units involved in the operation.

In a heartfelt social media post marking World Cancer Day, Betty revealed that eliminating foods like pounded yam, eba, amala, and akpu from her diet played a key role in her recovery.

She also stopped drinking Coke and other sugary soft drinks, understanding that sugar and starch can fuel the growth of cancer.
