Nicki Minaj Says She’s Not Broke but Is Buying Mansions and Pink Private Jet
Nicki Minaj has shut down claims that she’s gone broke, making it clear she’s just fine. Rumors had been flying that the rapper was struggling financially, especially after she publicly called out Jay-Z over an alleged $200 million debt. Some even speculated she had run out of money following her recent tour.
When a fan questioned why she hadn’t addressed the chatter, Nicki didn’t hold back. She responded by flexing her real estate moves and business potential. “Buying another mansion right now—my third in two years,” she said. “And that’s not counting the properties I’ve bought for other people over the last 15 years.”
She also reminded fans that a new album or tour could easily bring in tens of millions if she wanted. “Do you realize this is Nicki Minaj?” she added. “I just got my first jet; pink, of course. Fly Barbz only.”
Nigerian singer Mr Eazi has opened up about business and how he actually failed before becoming successful.
In a recent interview, the singer shared that he borrowed €40,000 from his uncle to start a business, but the venture failed.
“I remember one time I took money from my uncle to do business; the business went south. And then he was chasing me for the money… I was so embarrassed that my dad had to pay,” he said.
He added that the experience sharpened his mindset on business.
Popular Nigerian actress Oby Kechere, known for her role as “Madam Koi Koi,” has unfortunately passed away after battling an illness.
The news was revealed by the Directors Guild of Nigeria, which stated “It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Madam Cecilia Oby Kechere, Vice Chairman of the DGN Abuja Chapter.
“We were informed yesterday that she passed on Monday, 27th April 2026, after a prolonged illness.”
Many have taken to social media to pay tribute to the actress.
Nigerian streamer Carter Efe made headlines following his recent boxing match against singer Portable. The outcome of the match saw Carter Efe emerge as the winner.
It was revealed that the fight took place at the Balmoral Centre, with a ₦50 million prize on the line. After three rounds, Carter Efe came out victorious.
It can be noted that Portable’s last match was against Speed Darlington, which he won.
