In a notable development, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has raised the monthly allowance for corps members to 77,000 Naira.

This increase comes in response to the recent adjustment in the national minimum wage, which was raised from 30,000 Naira to 70,000 Naira.

The NYSC’s move is aimed at ensuring that the corps members’ compensation reflects the new wage standards and helps them better manage their expenses while serving their communities.
