Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has reportedly parted ways with his agent, Roberto Calenda, amidst ongoing transfer drama, as reported by *Il Mattino* (via *TMW*).

Osimhen is said to be frustrated with Calenda’s handling of recent negotiations, particularly his attempts to secure a permanent transfer away from the Serie A champions.

Sources suggest the Nigerian forward was displeased with how things were managed, prompting his decision to sack the agent.

In a surprising move, Osimhen reportedly took matters into his own hands during negotiations for a potential loan deal to Turkish club Galatasaray.

It is believed that the player worked independently, without an agent, to negotiate the terms of the loan.

Despite this, the 24-year-old was previously linked with a transfer on deadline day, with clubs like Al Ahli and Chelsea expressing interest in signing him.

However, none of the deals materialised, leading to heavy criticism of Calenda on social media for his failure to secure the move.

In the aftermath of the failed deals, Osimhen is understood to have enlisted the help of Turkish intermediary George Gardi to facilitate his loan move to Galatasaray.

The loan arrangement is reported to last until the end of the current season, with a January break clause that would allow the forward to transfer to a top European club should offers be made during the winter transfer window.

Osimhen’s decision to change representation during such a pivotal moment in his career signals his dissatisfaction with the handling of his transfer saga, and it remains to be seen what his future holds at Napoli or elsewhere.

After a brief career on the pitch, the former Brentford winger has chosen to pursue a new path in the fashion industry, following in the footsteps of his mother, renowned designer Victoria Beckham.

Romeo’s football journey began in Arsenal’s youth academy in 2015, before he moved to the Inter Miami academy in 2021, where he spent two years playing with the reserve team.

In the summer of 2023, he joined Brentford’s B team, showing promise as a winger.

Even at the age of 10, Romeo was involved in a Burberry Kids campaign, and by 2011, he had already gained recognition as one of Britain’s best-dressed men, ranking 26th on a prestigious list.

In 2021, Romeo signed a significant £1.2 million endorsement deal with Puma, becoming one of the brand’s ambassadors.

That same year, he graced the cover of L’Uomo Vogue and added modelling work with Yves Saint Laurent to his portfolio.

His flair for fashion continued to grow, and recently, Romeo signed a lucrative contract with a top Parisian fashion agent, Safe Management.

Despite enjoying his time at Brentford, Romeo has decided to fully immerse himself in the fashion world, a career that has long been a passion of his.

Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke has criticized manager Erik ten Hag and the team’s style of play, expressing doubt about their chances of winning the Premier League under his leadership.

Speaking to beIN Sports, Yorke said, “We’re far from winning the Premier League. After Ten Hag’s first season, we believed he could lead us forward, but that hasn’t happened. Yes, we won the FA Cup last season, but that doesn’t make us a strong team. The way we play, our league position, and our goal stats are the worst in the club’s Premier League history since 1992.”
