Ossai Success Criticizes Olumide Oworu for Girlfriend’s Birthday Tribute
In a recent turn of events, Ossai Ovie Success, an advisor to the governor of Delta State, expressed his disapproval of Nollywood actor Olumide Oworu’s decision to share affectionate photos with his girlfriend on her birthday.
The actor’s gesture, which won the hearts of many on social media, was criticized by Ossai, who often shares his views on celebrity relationships.
Ossai labeled the act of publicly displaying affection without being married as inappropriate behavior. He suggested that such actions might indicate a lack of proper upbringing and moral values. According to him, if Olumide and his girlfriend were raised with strong parental guidance and an understanding of right and wrong, they would not have taken or shared such photos.
He stated, “Holding someone daughter that is not your wife romantically is an act of rascality. Dear Olumideoworu , your photo and that of your girlfriend is an evidence of poor parenting.”
“If both of you had proper parental training and understanding of morality, you wouldn’t have taken a photo like this and you both certainly wouldn’t have shared it publicly.
“No responsible young guy or girl will take this kind of photo when they are not yet married. You haven’t paid her bride price but yet you are coming online to refer to her as amazing girlfriend. If she is that amazing , why haven’t you paid her bride price ? Why the delay ? Poor parenting is the major problem of our society .”
It can be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed charges against Blessing CEO over an alleged ₦13 million fraud case.
The case is reportedly linked to claims that the influencer obtained ₦13 million through an alleged cancer-related fundraising scheme.
It can also be recalled that Blessing CEO previously claimed she was battling Stage 4 breast cancer, a revelation that drew sympathy from many people and reportedly led to financial support from members of the public.
While investigations are still ongoing, the influencer remains innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
Nigerian fashion designer Veekee James celebrated her 31st birthday and shared pictures on social media with her daughter.
The influencer spoke about how her life has changed and described motherhood as the greatest gift she has received.
“A year older, but the greatest gift isn’t the age… It’s the title I earned this year: MOTHER! This birthday hits differently because my heart now beats outside my body.”
“Before this year, birthdays were about me. Now, they’re a reminder of the little soul who made me a mom and changed my life forever.”
Nigerian actor Bovi has spoken about marriage and divorce, sharing his thoughts on the subject.
The actor revealed during a recent interview that not all divorces should be seen as failures.
He explained that sometimes a marriage gets to a point where one or both partners can no longer breathe comfortably in the relationship, which could eventually lead to divorce.
“I celebrate when people get divorced because I feel it means one or both people were not breathing well in the marriage.”
