Piers Morgan Apologizes to Jay-Z and Beyoncé Over False Allegations
Piers Morgan has apologized to Jay-Z and Beyoncé after Jaguar Wright made allegations on his show, *Uncensored*. During the interview, Wright claimed she had been “screaming” that “Diddy and Jay-Z are monsters” for four years. This prompted Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s lawyers to contact Morgan, asserting that the accusations were “totally false and have no basis in fact.”
Morgan stated that Wright would have shared her views regardless of the interview, as many people have platforms to express their opinions today. After receiving the lawyers’ message, he decided to edit Wright’s claims out of the episode.
He acknowledged the seriousness of the matter, saying, “There are legal limits on us, too,” and directly apologized to the couple. Wright, who has collaborated with The Roots, appeared on the show to discuss the legal issues surrounding Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who faces serious charges and is currently in custody.
