PSG Beat Real Madrid 4-0 in Club World Cup Semi-Final to Reach Final
Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique has praised his squad after their stunning 4-0 victory over Real Madrid in the semi-final of the Club World Cup on Wednesday. The Spanish coach said his players gave everything on the pitch, describing the performance as a “great, great match” against one of Europe’s top teams. Despite playing under intense heat, Enrique said the team kept their focus and fought hard till the final whistle.
PSG’s goals came from Fabian Ruiz, Ousmane Dembele, and Goncalo Ramos, sealing a dominant win over Real Madrid, coached by Xabi Alonso. Speaking to PSG TV after the game, Enrique said, “It’s a special moment for us, for the players, the fans, and the entire club. We’ve worked hard all season and now we’re in the final. We want to go all the way and win this.”
He added that while the heat was tough on both teams, PSG pushed through and maintained control. With this win, PSG are set to face Chelsea in the final this Sunday at the MetLife Stadium, and they’ll be hoping to end their impressive run in the tournament with the trophy.
