Rapper, Young Thug Released with 15 Years of Probation After Pleading Guilty

Popular rapper, Young Thug criminal trial is finally coming to an end with probation of 15 years. The Rapper was charged under Georgia’s RICO Act in 2022, and pleads a deal to be released from jail.

The original sentence was 45 years and now his sentence has been changes to 15 years of probation and has been restricted from visiting Atlanta. If he also breaks his probation restrictions, he is at risk of 20 year imprisonment.

Young Thug was charged for operating a criminal gang that involved illegal activities and was arrested on May 9, 2022. He was under the Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and was also operating as a hip-hop music record label, YSL.
