S-Line Comes to an End Today with the Release of Final Episodes 5 and 6
The hit Korean drama S Line has officially come to an end with the release of its final two episodes (5 and 6). Since its debut, the six-episode series has gained massive global attention for its unique and controversial storyline that revolves around glowing red lines, mysterious lights that appear between people who have had sexual relationships.
S Line quickly rose to fame not just in South Korea but internationally, thanks to its gripping plot, strong performances, and casts. The drama, which premiered on TVING, became a breakout success after clips and scenes went viral on platforms like TikTok and Twitter, with fans dissecting each episode and creating memes, theories, and even discussions about what they would do if the red line existed in real life.
Tems makes headlines as she receives some backlash and Nigerian reactions after stating that she is not an Afrobeats singer.
Some Nigerians called her out, saying that she wants to forget her Nigerian roots now that she is famous.
Some stated that as long as she does not forget where she comes from, she is not Nigerian or should start claiming another ethnicity. Another fan recalled when this once happened to Wizkid, and he was called out.
Nigerian singer Tems speaks on how she views herself and shares that she does not view herself as an Afrobeats singer, but rather as an R&B artist.
“I’m not an Afrobeats artist. I classify my music as R&B every time I release music, but blogs keep calling it Afrobeats. I’ve noticed that any music that comes out of Africa is automatically categorized as Afrobeats.”
Some Nigerians reacted, and many shared their thoughts.
After many years, the jury convicts former gang leader Duane “Keffe D” Davis for the murder of Tupac Shakur.
The gang leader was found guilty after they found the weapon used years later. It was shared that the jury said:
“Count one, murder with use of a deadly weapon, guilty of first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon,” the jury foreperson announced in court.
Duane Davis, in the culture of gangs, could not let that stand. “So what did he do? He acquired a firearm, got his group together, and went hunting for Mr. Shakur.”
