While there’s been talk of interest from Major League Soccer in the US, Salah made it clear that Liverpool would welcome the Belgian midfielder with open arms.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Salah praised De Bruyne’s career and his impact on English football. “I want to say congratulations on an incredible career,” Salah said. “He’s done amazing work at City and has been a key player for the league.” With Liverpool now Premier League champions, fans will be eager to see if De Bruyne takes up Salah’s invitation and joins the fight at Anfield.
