It can be noted that the Italian government recently introduced a new law to be enforced against sex offenders. The government legalized the use of chemical castration for sex offenders.

During a recent interview, alleged ex-inmates who were in the same prison with Bobrisky claimed that he received special treatment during his time there.

“We were in prison when Bobrisky was convicted. We were not in the same cell, but he was kept in a special VIP area. We saw him every day for the six months he spent. He was first brought to the medium-security prison, then later moved to maximum.”
