Sharon Ooja Advocates for Self-Reflection and Avoidance of Religious Arguments

Published

on

Actress Sharon Ooja has shared her reasons for avoiding religious arguments, stressing the importance of self-reflection before engaging in spiritual conflicts.

She advises her followers to consider whether their motivations are ego-driven or genuinely aimed at advancing God’s word. Ooja underscores that God does not need defending as He is powerful and self-sufficient.

She highlights a lesson from her therapist, emphasizing the need to pause and ask three critical questions before responding to any situation: Why am I compelled to respond? Who am I responding to?

What drives my response? Understanding these questions, she believes, helps avoid unnecessary confrontations and keeps the focus on one’s relationship with God.

Ooja encourages prioritizing Bible study and communion with the Holy Spirit to prevent being swayed by incorrect beliefs and to maintain clarity in one’s faith journey.
