Speed Darlington Misses Two NAPTIP Appointments, Raises Eyebrows
Nigerian Singer Speed Darlington makes headline as he misses his appointments with The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).
It can be recalled that the singer once took to social media to admit to having an intimate moment with a minor, which gained huge attention from the public.
However the singer goes back online to share that his admission was a prank and not true. This still didn’t stop investigations from happen as NAPTIP reached out to the singer.
The organization gave him a scheduled date to show up in Abuja for questioning, however the singer missed the appointment and shared it was impromptu.
The organization showed mercy and offered another date for Speed Darlington to come, in which he still failed to show up.
The Love Island USA Season 8 cast has reunited ahead of the show’s highly anticipated reunion.
The reunion is scheduled to air on August 31, 2026, on Peacock, with Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen returning as co-hosts. The reunion was filmed on August 10 at Universal Studios, with the cast arriving for filming and fans getting a first look at their reunion appearances.

Nigerian TikTok influencer Peller makes headlines for his vows to his wife, Jarvis, at their white wedding, which was held on August 1, 2026. The couple had previously announced the date ahead of their wedding.
The influencer added in his vows “We are one. Whatever is mine is yours. I promise to do 50/50 with you; I don’t care what people say.”
Fans were left in awe of the couple and shared how their love appears genuine despite the content and jokes they often make online.
Nigerian music executive Soso Soberekon offers Peter Okoye ₦500 million if he beats his brother, Paul Okoye, in a boxing match.
It can be noted that the music executive wrote out the offer on his phone and simply put it out “₦500 Million Naira to fight your twin in a boxing match.”
