Lady Gaga recently spoke out against ageism in the pop music industry while accepting the Innovator Award at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Also, the 38-year-old singer criticized the notion that women in their late 30s are considered “old” in the music world.

“I’m not sure how to process this because winning an award that honors my entire career at 38 feels a bit strange,” Gaga said during her speech at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on March 17.

“The idea that a woman in her late 30s is seen as old for a pop star is crazy. But I promise you, I’m just getting warmed up.”

Moses Bliss has now issued an apology, saying “I sincerely apologize to every graphic designer who felt disrespected or undervalued… that was never my intention.”

He added “The goal was to give creatives a platform to showcase their work, not to undermine their value.”
