Travis Scott Arrested in Paris After Altercation with Bodyguard
Rapper Travis Scott was arrested early Friday in Paris after a violent altercation with his bodyguard at the Georges V hotel in the 8th arrondissement.
The incident, which occurred while Scott was in the city for the 2024 Olympic Games, saw the rapper, who appeared intoxicated, engage in a scuffle that escalated despite attempts by hotel security to intervene. Local law enforcement responded, and Scott was charged with violence against the security guard.
This arrest adds to Scott’s list of legal issues, including the 2021 Astroworld tragedy in Houston. The impact of this latest incident on his participation in upcoming Olympic events and his career remains uncertain, with no official statement from Scott’s representatives as of yet.
