VeryDarkMan Calls El-Rufai’s Arrest a Political Move
Nigerian activist and social media personality VeryDarkMan makes headlines as he criticizes the EFCC following their recent arrest of Nasir El-Rufai.
The activist first came out and described the EFCC as the most corrupt agency in the country. He stated that the arrest is a political move ahead of the 2027 election.
“I will keep saying this: the EFCC is the most corrupt agency in Nigeria. Their arrest of Nasir El-Rufai proves me right. They didn’t arrest him for corruption or embezzlement while he was campaigning for Bola Tinubu in 2023, but now that he opposes Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, they’ve suddenly decided to go after him.”
