“We Need to Think for Ourselves” — Falz Speaks on Nigeria’s Worsening Division
Nigerian singer Falz has expressed concern over the growing division among Nigerians along tribal and religious lines.
The artist noted that the increase in division has become alarming, especially following Donald Trump’s recent statement about intervening in Nigeria over alleged Christian genocide.
Falz said “I cannot begin to explain how depressing it has been in recent years, seeing tribal and religious sentiments still being used to turn us against each other. At some point, we need to start thinking for ourselves.”
