Nigerian R&B sensation Temilade Openiyi, widely recognized by her stage name Tems, has revealed that she is open to the possibility of marriage in the future.

Unlike many other celebrities who have expressed reservations or ruled out marriage entirely, the 29-year-old Grammy Award-winning artist shared that she is curious to see how her life unfolds in that regard.

Tems made this statement during a recent appearance on the “Shopping The Sneakers” podcast.

When asked by the host if she envisions herself getting married one day, the singer initially hesitated but eventually responded, “Yeah, we will see,” indicating that while she hasn’t ruled out the idea, she’s open to what the future holds.

Despite her rising fame and global success, Tems is not publicly known to be involved in any romantic relationships.

At one point, rumors circulated that she was pregnant with American rapper Future’s child, but Tems quickly dismissed the speculation.

In a previous interview with YouTuber Korty EO, Tems offered a candid perspective on modern relationships, asserting that many men enter relationships without any meaningful intentions beyond physical intimacy.

Her comments have sparked discussions about dating dynamics and her personal stance on romantic commitments.

While Tems remains focused on her thriving music career, her openness about marriage has left fans intrigued about what the future may hold for her personal life.

As expected, the list also featured big names from the global music scene, with legendary artists like Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé, and Karol G all making an appearance.

These mainstream stars continue to dominate the music industry, but Obama’s inclusion of emerging artists such as Rema and Asake shows his appreciation for a variety of musical genres.
