‘Why Was I Treated Differently?’ Regina Daniels’ Brother Recounts 12-Hour Handcuffed Trip to Abuja
Regina Daniels’s Brother, Sammy West, recalls when he was treated and shared his experience in jail.
He shared how he was arrested and taken to Abuja by road, a 12 hour journey. Then compared his experience to Ann, a close friend of his sister, who was flown to Abuja after she was arrested.
He laments about the inequality and questioned why he was treated differently. “Wetin man do man! Put me for 12 hours journey on handcuff and Ann dem use private jet transport am.”
