Zhao Lusi Says her Agency Called an Exorcist Instead of a Doctor When She Was Sick
Popular Chinese actress Zhao Lusi, Hidden Love star, went live and spoke openly about one of the darkest moments of her life. In a calm but emotional tone, Zhao revealed that during a serious illness in late 2023, she wasn’t taken to a hospital at all.
Instead, she said, she was locked in a hotel room by her agency, and a so-called “master” was brought in to perform an exorcism. “I was so sick,” Zhao told viewers. “But instead of sending me to a doctor, they locked me up and brought someone to drive away a curse”.
According to her, those in charge insisted she was under some sort of spell, and medical treatment was never the first option. Her livestream recounted the pain she went through, and she also used it to show her fans that she’s still standing. She smiled at the camera, joking about her lunch plans and saying she wanted people to see she was “doing fine” and “not losing her mind.”
