“Zubby Michael is the Biggest Nollywood Star” — Gideon Okeke Claims
Actor Gideon Okeke has openly declared his admiration for his colleague Zubby Michael, calling him the biggest star in Nollywood.
His statement, which praises Michael’s talent and success, shows his deep respect for his colleague’s impact on the Nigerian film industry.
Okeke took to his Instagram Stories to share his thoughts, writing, Zubby Michael is the biggest Nollywood star.
He added a thoughtful analogy, comparing his recognition of Zubby’s greatness to the biblical story of Elizabeth knowing the significance of what Mary was carrying.
God’s expression resounds in different decibels. It takes only humility to submit in praise, to God.
Keep riding, my broda. I see you, he concluded, acknowledging both Zubby’s talent and the divine role of humility.
Earlier this year, Zubby Michael and fellow actor Timini Egbuson clashed on the Prime Video reality show Ebuka Turns Up Africa, hosted by media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Timini argued that his movie quality, box office achievements, and reputation among industry professionals gave him the edge.
Zubby, however, asserted that he surpassed Timini in wealth, popularity, and overall success.
