Sean “Diddy” Combs to Remain in Jail Ahead of May 2025 S3x Trafficking Trial
Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain in custody as his s3x trafficking trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
Despite an appeal for bail, Judge Arun Subramanian denied Combs’ release during a status hearing on October 10.
Combs was arrested in September on charges of racketeering, s3x trafficking, and using transportation for prostitution.
Prosecutors allege Combs organized illicit performances and used controlled substances to manipulate victims.
The rapper has pleaded not guilty and will stay in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center until his trial.
