Legendary Nigerian singer 2Face Idibia has revealed his plans to marry Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru. His announcement came just days after confirming his divorce from his wife, Annie.
His presence at the Edo State House of Assembly during a plenary session on Monday stirred up speculation, with many linking Natasha to his split. Rumors quickly spread, suggesting she played a role in the breakup.
Addressing the controversy in a viral video on Wednesday morning, 2Face made it clear that his love for Natasha had nothing to do with his separation from Annie.
“Honourable Natasha has been dragged and called all sorts of names. People have labeled her a home wrecker, but she is a young, brilliant, and amazing woman,” he said.
He also stressed that she was not involved in his marital issues but added, “Yes, I love her. I want to marry her.”
